Mantra’s Boutique

Where Elegance Meets Opportunity

Straight from the Looms of Maharashtra

Maharashtra's relationship with the saree is unlike anywhere else in India β€” it's a nine-yard drape tied for battle-ready ease, a peacock-and-lotus pallu woven for royalty, and a bottle-green-and-maroon combination that says "bride" before a single word is spoken. Mantras Boutique's Maharashtrian Collection is a tribute to that legacy β€” Paithani from Yeola, Kolhapuri weaves, Nauvari drapes for Gudi Padwa and Lavani, and the Peshwai colour palettes that have defined Maharashtrian weddings for centuries.

Saffron & Green. The traditional Gudi Padwa palette β€” saffron for the flag, green for prosperity β€” styled the Kasta way for the morning procession.

Ganesh Chaturthi

Yellow Silk Saree with Peacock Motif Pallu. Festive yellow for Ganpati Bappa's homecoming β€” light enough for a full day of aarti and visitors.

 Traditional Green Paithani-Style Saree.

Worn while tying the sacred thread around the Banyan tree,

a ritual colour choice passed down

through generations of

Maharashtrian brides.

Classic Peshwai Paithani

Bottle Green with Maroon Pallu. The most iconic Maharashtrian bridal combination. Hand-woven pure silk, traditional Munia border, single-shot peacock motif pallu β€” the saree draped at nearly every Marathi wedding for the last two centuries.

Kaleidoscope Paithani

Purple with Rani Pink Border. A double-shade "kaleidoscope" weave that shifts colour as it catches light β€” a technique unique to Paithani looms, prized by collectors as much as brides.

Muniya Border Paithani

Ivory with Gold Zari. A lighter, bridal-adjacent choice for Haldi or Sagai β€” ivory base with the traditional parrot-motif border, easy to layer with
